Janet Proctor
Janet leads Rivermatrix and has over 20 years of software engineering, large-scale data processing and project management experience. A native of Maryland, she is a 2003 graduate of University of Maryland at College Park with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. Janet also holds an MBA and a MS in Technology Management from University of Maryland University College.
Tyrone Proctor
Founder with 25+ years of professional experience in the areas of software engineering, data architecture and systems administration. Tyrone supports Rivermatrix with a vision to provide superior technical solutions to complex problems. Tyrone holds a M.S. Information Technology (UMUC), B.S. Computer & Information Sciences (UMUC), and a B.A. Economics (UMD).
Norra Murphy
Norra is an IT PM and Agile Practitioner supporting the Intelligence Community since 2004, with extensive experience in PMO management. Formerly the Program Manager for a large IDIQ contract with Praxis Engineering from 2016-2022. Norra is the Virginia Operations Manager at Rivermatrix Technologies where she is focused on growing our Virginia presence in the areas of software development, systems engineering, cyber network operations, high performance computing, and data management.
