Janet Proctor, CEO
Janet leads Rivermatrix and has over 20 years of software engineering, large-scale data processing and project management experience. A native of Maryland, she is a 2003 graduate of University of Maryland at College Park with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. Janet also holds an MBA and a MS in Technology Management from University of Maryland University College.
Tyrone Proctor, President
Founder with over 25 years of professional experience in the areas of software engineering, data architecture and systems administration. Tyrone supports Rivermatrix with a vision to provide superior technical solutions to complex problems. Tyrone holds a M.S. Information Technology (UMUC), B.S. Computer & Information Sciences (UMUC), and a B.A. Economics (UMD).
